libcmocka-dev software package provides development files for the CMocka unit testing framework, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcmocka-dev
libcmocka-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcmocka-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcmocka-dev *
You will get with libcmocka-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
